JINGHONG DHG-9077A electric thermostatic drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel.

3. The hot air circulation system consists of a fan that can operate continuously at high temperature and a suitable air duct to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.

5. With over-temperature alarm system, it will automatically interrupt if the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system and uses a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller to precisely control the temperature. The built-in hot air circulation system (consisting of a fan and an air duct) makes hot air force circulation inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature distribution. When the temperature exceeds the set safety limit, the over-temperature alarm system automatically interrupts the heating to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 15~ 300 ° C) and timing time (0~ 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
3. Place samples as needed and make reasonable use of shelves (2 pieces are standard, up to 4 pieces can be placed).
4. Start the equipment and start heating and cycling.
5. During the operation of the equipment, the real-time temperature can be monitored through the display screen.
6. After reaching the set time or completing the work, turn off the power of the equipment and take out the sample after it chills down.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Do not place flammable, explosive or corrosion items in the equipment.
• When loading the sample, do not block the air duct to ensure normal hot air circulation.
• When the equipment is running and just after running, the studio temperature is very high, do not touch it directly, and use special tools and pay attention to protection when taking samples.
• If the over-temperature alarm or SMS monitoring function is selected, please make sure the relevant settings are correct and keep the communication open.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power and wait for it to chill down completely.
• If it is not used for a long time, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply.
