JINGHONG DHG-9147A electric thermostatic drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory outdoor, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. Adopt hot air circulation system, composed of high temperature resistant fan and suitable air duct to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Adopt new rubber sealing strip, high temperature resistance and long service life, easy to replace.
5. With over-temperature alarm system, the temperature will be automatically interrupted beyond the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.
6. Optional embedded printer or RS485 Communication interface for easy data recording and connection.
7. Optional programmable LCD touch controller, support multi-stage program control, parameter display on one screen, easy to operate.
8. Optional SMS monitoring alarm system, equipment failure can be notified by SMS specified members.
Principle
The equipment precisely controls the heating system through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller to convert electrical energy into heat energy. The built-in hot air circulation system (high temperature resistant fan and air duct) makes the hot air force circulation inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature distribution, thus realizing functions such as thermostatic drying and baking. When the temperature exceeds the set safety limit, the over-temperature alarm system will automatically cut off the heating to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smoothly ventilated place and connect it to a power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Open the box door and place the sample to be processed on the shelf (2 pieces are standard, up to 4 pieces can be placed).
3. Close the box door and make sure the sealing strip is intact.
4. Set the required temperature (RT + 15~ 300 ° C) and timing time (0~ 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
5. Start the device and start heating. The thermostat will display the real-time temperature and perform precise control.
6. After the work is completed, the device can be automatically stopped or manually shut down according to the setting.
7. After the temperature in the box decreases, open the box door and take out the sample. (If you choose a controller or Communication interface, please refer to the instructions for specific options for operation)
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Power supply voltage specified (AC 220V 50Hz) to ensure good grounding.
• When placing samples, do not exceed the maximum shelf capacity and ensure that the air duct is not blocked.
• When the equipment is running and just finished, the internal and surface temperature of the box may be very high, please do not touch it, and pay attention to prevent burns when taking lofting samples.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box.
• Over-temperature alarm system is an important Safety protection, do not Shielding or modify its settings without authorization.
• Regularly check whether the door seal is in good condition and replace it in time if it is damaged.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply and allow it to chill down completely.
• Optional functions (such as printer, Communication interface, programmable controller, SMS alarm) need to be installed and operated according to the corresponding option manual.
