JINGHONG DHG-9247A electric thermostatic drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate, and the studio is made of 304 stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable.
2. Adopt microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, with setting/measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, Power suppression and self-setting functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. Equipped with hot air circulation system, composed of fans that can operate continuously at high temperature and suitable air ducts to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Adopt a new type of rubber sealing strip, which can operate at high temperature for a long time, has a long service life, and is easy to replace.
5. With over-temperature alarm system, it will automatically interrupt if the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment.
6. Optional embedded printer or RS485 Communication interface, easy to connect the printer or computer.
7. Optional programmable LCD touch controller, multi-stage program control can be set, and a variety of parameters can be displayed on one screen, making operation convenient.
8. Optional SMS monitoring alarm system, equipment failure can be notified by SMS specified members.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, which is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The built-in hot air circulation system forcibly circulates hot air through fans and air ducts to maintain uniform temperature in the working room. When the temperature exceeds the set limit, the over-temperature alarm system automatically interrupts the heating to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Open the box door, place the items to be handled on the shelf, be careful not to block the air duct.
3. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
4. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
5. Start the equipment and start the heating and drying process.
6. During the operation of the equipment, the real-time temperature can be monitored through the display screen.
7. After reaching the set time or the end of the program, the device may automatically stop or alarm.
8. After the temperature in the box drops to a safe range, open the box door and take out the items.

Notice
Equipment should be placed in a stable, drying, well ventilated and non-flammable and explosive environment.
• Do not place flammable, explosive, volatile or corrosion items in the equipment.
• When loading items, do not exceed the maximum load capacity, and ensure that the items are placed evenly and do not block the air duct exit and return trend in the working room.
• When the equipment is running and just after operation, the temperature of the box and interior is very high, do not touch it directly, and be careful of burns when opening the door to pick up objects. It is recommended to wear protective equipment.
Do not disassemble or modify the equipment at will, especially the electrical parts.
• If the equipment is not used for a long time, the power supply should be disconnected and the box should be kept clean and drying.
• In case of malfunction or abnormality (such as over-temperature alarm), the power should be cut off immediately, check the cause or contact a professional to deal with it.
• When cleaning the equipment, please disconnect the power supply and wipe it with a soft cloth to avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
• Use and maintenance of optional functions (e.g. printer, Communication interface, PLC, SMS alarm), please follow their respective instructions.
