JINGHONG DZF-6030 Vacuum oven is suitable for drying items in industrial and mining enterprises, medical schools, and R & D institutions under vacuum conditions. It is especially suitable for drying substances that are easy to analysis, heat-sensitive and easy to oxidation. It can also pour inert gas into the studio to quickly dry specific items.

6. SMS monitoring and alarm system can be installed (optional). When the personnel are not on site and the equipment fails, the system collects the signal and returns the relevant fault information of the mobile phone SMS in time to ensure timely troubleshooting.
Principle
The device extracts the air in the working room through a vacuum pump, creating a low-pressure (vacuum) environment, reducing the boiling point of water, so that the moisture in the goods evaporates quickly at a lower temperature and is pumped out. At the same time, the Shelf-type heater is precisely controlled by the microcomputer intelligent temperature control system to carry out uniform and stable heating drying of the goods. Inert gas can also be flushed into the studio as needed to protect specific items or speed up the drying process.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried on the studio shelf.
2. Close the box door and adjust the closing tightness.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
4. Set the required temperature through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
5. Start the vacuum pump and pump the studio to the required Vacuum Level (< 133Pa).
6. Start the heating drying process and observe the interior through the double-decked Glass Door.
7. After drying, turn off the heating first, and then slowly release the vacuum.
8. After the temperature in the box approaches room temperature, open the box door and take out the items.

• Equipment requires AC 220V 50Hz power supply, Power consumption < 550W.
• Vacuum pumps are optional and need to be configured separately according to requirements.
• Inner chamber dimensions are 320 * 320 * 300mm, liner material is stainless steel 304.
• Temperature range is RT + 10~ 200 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 1 ℃.
• Please ensure that the sealing ring of the box door is intact before use to ensure the Vacuum Level.
• When charging inert gas into the studio, pay attention to the safety of operation.
• Optional SMS monitoring alarm system needs to be installed and set up separately.
• When drying heat sensitive, easy oxidation or easy analysis substances, please strictly control the temperature and Vacuum Level.
