Principle
The device pumps the studio to a vacuum state (Vacuum Level < 133Pa) through a vacuum pump to reduce the air pressure in the box, thereby reducing the boiling point of the water, so that items can be dried quickly at a lower temperature. At the same time, the Shelf heater is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller to achieve stable heating of the set temperature. Users can also fill the box with inert gas as needed to protect specific items.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried on the studio shelf.
2. Close the box door and adjust the closing tightness.
3. Turn on the vacuum pump and pump the studio to the required Vacuum Level (< 133Pa).
4. Set the required drying temperature (RT + 10~ 250 ℃) through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
5. Start the heating function and start the drying process.
6. Observe the drying through the double-decked Glass door.
7. After drying, turn off the heating first, and then slowly release the vacuum.
8. After the temperature in the box approaches room temperature, open the box door and take out the items.
