Overview
JINGHONG ZDP-150 thermostatic foster Shaker is a device for laboratories and R & D institutions in medicine, biology, food and environmental protection. It is suitable for bacterial tissue fostering, fermentation, hybridization and biochemical reactions with high requirements on temperature and Oscillation Frequency.
Features
1. The laboratory is equipped with a double-decked universal oscillation platform, which can be changed to a single layer to meet the height requirements of large-size triangular flasks.
2. Provide a variety of standard and maximum configuration options to adapt to foster containers of different capacities.
Principle
The device provides a constant temperature environment and regular oscillatory motion for the sample in a closed foster space through a precise temperature Control system (Temperature range RT + 5~ 50 ℃) and an oscillation drive system (Frequency 30~ 280rpm, pendulum amplitude φ 28mm) to promote uniform mixing and full contact of the foster or reactant.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to the power supply.
2. Choose a single-layer or double-decked rocker configuration as needed, and place the foster container.
3. Set the required Temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing Time through the Control Panel.
4. After confirming that the parameters are set correctly, start the device and start running.
5. After running, turn off the power of the device and remove the sample.
Notice
• Please use the equipment in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• When loading samples, make sure that the container is placed smoothly and the weight is evenly distributed to avoid violent shaking during operation.
Do not operate beyond the maximum configuration capacity of the device.
• When setting the temperature, do not exceed the rated Temperature range (RT + 5~ 50 ℃).
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• Power supply voltage specified (220V 50Hz).
