Overview
The JINGHONG HZP-250 Full Temperature Foster Shaker is a laboratory designed device for R & D institutions in the fields of medicine, biology, food and environmental protection. It is mainly used for bacterial tissue fostering, fermentation, hybridization and biochemical reactions with high requirements for temperature and Oscillation Frequency. This model is equipped with a double-decked universal oscillation platform and can also be adjusted to a single layer to meet the high requirements of large size triangular flasks.

Principle
The device precisely controls the temperature in the cavity within a set range through the built-in heating and cooling system. At the same time, the drive system drives the oscillation platform to reciprocate at a set Frequency and amplitude to provide a uniform temperature environment and sufficient mixing or ventilation conditions for the foster, thereby promoting biochemical reactions or cell tissue growth.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to the power supply.
2. Choose to install double-decked or single-layer oscillation platforms as required.
3. Place the foster bottle with the sample firmly on the oscillating platform.
4. Close the box door and set the required temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing Time through the control panel.
5. Start the device and start running.
6. After running, remove the sample and turn off the power.
Notice
• Please use the equipment in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• When placing the foster bottle, ensure that it is equilibrated and firm to prevent peeling during operation.
• Set temperature must not exceed the specified Temperature range (5~ 50 ℃).
• Do not frequently open and close the box door during operation, so as not to affect the temperature Stability.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• Power supply voltage specified (220V 50Hz).
