Overview
THZ-420 Benchtop thermostatic Shaker is a laboratory equipment that integrates thermostatic fostering and oscillation functions. It is mainly used by laboratories and R & D institutions in medicine, biology, food and environmental protection. It is suitable for bacterial tissue fostering, fermentation, hybridization and biochemical reactions with high requirements on temperature and Oscillation Frequency.

Principle
The device precisely controls the temperature in the working room through a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system, and uses a microcomputer-controlled oscillation system to drive the tray for reciprocating or rotary oscillation. The refrigeration system is used to reduce the temperature when needed, and the thermostatic and oscillation functions work together to provide a stable foster and mixing environment for the sample.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing Time through the control panel.
3. Place the sample container to be fostered or reacted on the oscillating tray and secure it.
4. Close the lid, start the device, and the device will start working according to the set parameters.
5. After the work is completed, the equipment stops running, the sample is removed, and the power is turned off.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage meets the equipment requirements (220V 50Hz).
• When loading samples, place them evenly to ensure smooth operation.
• Do not frequently open and close the box door during operation, so as not to affect the Temperature Field Stability.
• Pay attention to the maximum load capacity of the equipment and do not overload it.
• If over-temperature alarm and other functions are selected, please make sure it is set correctly and in working condition.
• Regular cleaning and maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
