JINGHONG LHZ-111 Floor-Standing thermostatic Shaker integrates thermostatic fostering and oscillation functions and is suitable for laboratories and R & D institutions in medicine, biology, food, environmental protection, etc. It is used for bacterial tissue fostering, fermentation, hybridization and biochemical reactions with high requirements on temperature and Oscillation Frequency.

Principle
The device precisely controls the temperature in the studio through a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system, and at the same time realizes the smooth oscillation of the sample through a microcomputer-controlled oscillation drive system (low heat dissipation DC motor), providing a constant temperature and motion environment for reactions such as foster and fermentation. The refrigeration system adopts Modular design and multiple protection mechanisms to ensure the stable and safe operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable ground and connect it to the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing Time through the control panel.
3. Place the sample container (such as a triangular flask) to be fostered or reacted on the oscillating tray.
4. Close the door cover and use the foot opening device to assist in operation.
5. Start the device, and the device will start thermostatic oscillation according to the set parameters.
6. After the operation, the equipment is stopped and the sample is taken out.
Notice
• Please place the equipment in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Power supply voltage (220V 50Hz) meets the requirements before use.
• When loading samples, be careful not to exceed the maximum configuration capacity and ensure smooth placement.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not open the door frequently or perform Miscellaneous operations that may affect the stability of the temperature in the box.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm function, but still need to check the running status of the equipment regularly.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the equipment.
