Overview
JINGHONG LQZ-111 Floor-Standing Full Temperature Shaker integrates thermostatic fostering and oscillation functions. It is suitable for laboratories and R & D institutions in medicine, biology, food, environmental protection, etc. It is used for bacterial tissue fostering, fermentation, hybridization and biochemical reactions with high requirements on temperature and Oscillation Frequency. The equipment is designed for Floor-Standing large capacity and can place large size triangular flasks.

Principle
The equipment precisely controls the temperature in the working room through a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system, and uses a microcomputer-controlled oscillation system to drive the tray to oscillate back and forth. The refrigeration system adopts a Modular design with multiple protection mechanisms to ensure stable operation within the set Temperature range. The over-temperature alarm system automatically cuts off the heating when the temperature exceeds the safe limit to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable landing position and connect it to a power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature (range 5~ 50 ℃), Oscillation Frequency (range 30~ 280rpm) and timing time (0~ 99 hours) through the microcomputer control panel.
3. Place the sample container (such as a triangular flask) to be fostered on the Shaker tray and choose the standard or maximum configuration according to the capacity.
4. Close the door cover and use the foot opening device to assist in operation.
5. Start the device, and the device will start thermostatic oscillation operation according to the set parameters.
6. During operation, real-time Temperature and Frequency can be observed through the control panel.
7. After the operation is completed or the scheduled time is reached, the equipment stops working and the sample is taken out.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (220V 50Hz).
• When loading samples, pay attention to uniform distribution to avoid weight imBalance affecting oscillation stability.
• Do not open the door frequently during operation, so as not to affect the internal temperature Stability.
• Maximum capacity limit of equipment and do not overload.
• When the over-temperature alarm is triggered, please check the set parameters and the running status of the equipment, and then use it after troubleshooting.
Before cleaning or maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
