Overview
JINGHONG DK-320 electrothermal thermostatic water tank is a precision thermostatic and auxiliary heating equipment for Universities & colleges, industrial and mining enterprises and R & D institutions. Its Tank size is 300 * 150 * 150mm, made of stainless steel, Temperature range is room temperature + 5 ℃ to 65 ℃, Power is 500W.
Features
1. Adopt one-time stamping forming stainless steel liner for easy cleaning.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with dual digital display and PID self-tuning function for setting and measuring temperature, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. Some models (such as with built-in circulating water pump) can output thermostatic water flow to the outside after installing the external circulation interface.
4. With over-temperature alarm system, the operator is prompted by sound and light alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.
Principle
The device heats the medium in the Tank through an electric heating element, monitors the temperature in real time by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, and automatically adjusts the Heating power using a PID control algorithm to achieve accurate and stable thermostatic control. Some models have built-in circulating water pumps, which can promote uniform temperature in the tank or provide thermostatic circulating water flow to the outside.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and add an appropriate amount of medium (e.g. water).
Connect the power supply (AC 200V 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature through a microcomputer thermostat.
4. Start the device, start heating and thermostatic control.
5. After use, turn off the power, empty and clean the Tank.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC 200V 50Hz) before use.
• Do not start heating when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank to prevent dry burning and damage to the equipment.
• Pay attention to the Temperature range (RT + 5~ 65 ℃) marked on the device, do not use beyond the range.
• If an over-temperature alarm is triggered during operation, it should be checked and dealt with in time.
When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply first and take care to protect the electrical components from water ingress.
The equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated place with enough space around to facilitate heat dissipation.
