Overview
The built-in digital biological Microscope TL2016DM is an experimental and scientific multi-functional model with better Optical inspection system and whole machine quality. The overall frame design is user-friendly, easy and comfortable to operate. The built-in or external camera channel can easily connect the video screen and computer for real-time and static image observation, saving, editing and printing. Combined with professional software, it can meet the professional needs of pathology, metallography, measurement, interactive teaching and other fields.
Features
1. Built-in high-mass color digital camera, optional resolution 3 million or 5 million pixels.
2. Capture and play dynamic videos of microscopic creatures, and save files in BMP and JPG formats.
3. Random Software supports preview, measurement, comparison, counting, saving, deleting and other functions.
4. Adopt a dual-mesh dock, with an adjustable pupil spacing of 55-75mm, a 45-degree tilt, and a 360-degree rotation.
5. Equipped with Abbe condenser (NA 1.25), with variable light bar and color filter, the lifting adjustment range is 20mm.
6. Adopt coaxial coarse fine-tuning system, with a fine-tuning grid value of 0.002mm and an adjustment range of 25mm.
7. Equipped with a double-decked mechanical stage, with a wide range of movement (70x50mm in the X-Y direction).
8. The luminance of the lighting system is adjustable, and a variety of Illuminants can be selected (6V/20W halogen lamp, 20W incandescent lamp, 1W LED lamp, rechargeable LED lamp).
Principle
Optical inspection magnified images are formed by the combination of objective lens and eyepiece, and the built-in digital camera converts the Optical inspection images into digital signals. The ray of light irradiates the sample through the condenser and variable light bar. After being enlarged by the objective lens, the image is transmitted to the camera chip through the built-in camera channel, and then displayed, processed and analyzed in real time on the computer or video device through software.
Applications
Biology, cytology, histology, chemistry and other research work, institutions, environment protection units, laboratories, research institutes, institutions of higher learning
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (110-220V/50-60Hz) and turn on the lighting system.
2. Place the sample on the stage and move it to the observation area via a double-decked mechanical platform.
3. Adjust the pupil spacing (55-75mm) to a comfortable position.
4. Use the coaxial coarse fine-tuning system for focusing, with a fine-tuning grid value of 0.002mm.
5. Select the objective lens with the appropriate magnification through the converter, with a total magnification range of 40X to 1000X.
6. Adjust the variable light bar (φ 2-φ 30mm) and lifting position (20mm range) of the Abbe condenser for optimal lighting.
7. Image preview, shooting, video recording or measurement analysis through built-in digital camera and random software.
8. Use software to save files in BMP or JPG format and edit, compare, count, or print them.
Notice
• Net weight of the instrument is 5.6kg, and it should be stable when moving and installing.
• The power supply adaptation range is 110-220V/50-60Hz, please ensure that the voltage matches.
• Please use coarse adjustment first when focusing, and then use fine adjustment when it is close to focus to avoid damage to the lens or sample.
• Keep Optical inspection parts clean and avoid touching the lens directly with your hands.
• When replacing Illuminants (such as halogen lamps, incandescent lamps, LED lamps), please turn off the power first and wait for it to chill down.
• When using software for image processing, follow the software operation guide to ensure data accuracy.
