Overview
The JINGHONG DK-500 electrothermal thermostatic water tank is a precision thermostatic device suitable for Universities & colleges, industrial and mining enterprises and R & D institutions for precision thermostatic experiments or auxiliary heating.
Features
1. Adopt one-time stamping forming stainless steel liner for easy cleaning.
2. Equipped with a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with dual digital display for setting and measuring temperature and PID self-tuning function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. Some models (such as with built-in circulating water pump) can be equipped with external circulation interface to output thermostatic water flow.
4. With over-temperature alarm system, through sound and light alarm prompts, to ensure experimental safety.
Principle
The device heats the medium in the Tank through an electric heating element, monitors the temperature in real time by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, and automatically adjusts the Heating power through the PID algorithm to achieve accurate and stable thermostatic control. Some models have built-in circulating water pumps, which can promote uniform temperature in the tank or provide thermostatic circulating water flow to the outside.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as water) to the Tank.
2. Turn on the power supply (AC 200V 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature through a microcomputer thermostat.
4. Start the device, start heating and thermostatic control.
5. After use, turn off the power, empty and clean the Tank.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC 200V 50Hz) before use.
• Pay attention to the equipment Temperature range (RT + 5~ 65 ℃), do not use beyond the range.
• During operation, pay attention to whether the over-temperature alarm system is normal.
When performing cleaning or maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• Some models (e.g. with water pump) need to pay attention to the correct connection and use of the circulation interface.
