Overview
JINGHONG DKB-8A electrothermal thermostatic water tank is a precision thermostatic device suitable for Universities & colleges, industrial and mining enterprises and R & D institutions for thermostatic experiments or auxiliary heating. Tank volume is moderate, Temperature range from 5 ℃ to 65 ℃ above room temperature.
Features
1. Adopt one-time stamping forming stainless steel liner for easy cleaning.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with dual digital display and PID self-tuning function for setting and measuring temperature, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. Built-in circulating water pump (Flow rate 4L/min), and equipped with external circulation interface, can output thermostatic water flow.
4. With over-temperature alarm system, through sound and light alarm prompts, to ensure experimental safety.
Principle
The device heats the medium (usually water) in the Tank through an electric heating element, monitors the temperature in real time by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, and automatically adjusts the Heating power through the PID algorithm for precise thermostatic control. The built-in circulating water pump promotes uniform temperature in the tank and provides thermostatic water flow to external devices through the external circulation interface.

Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable table and add an appropriate amount of medium (such as deionized water).
Connect the power supply (AC 200V 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature through the thermostat.
4. Turn on the heating and circulation functions.
5. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and stabilizes, it can conduct experiments or use the external circulation function.
6. After use, turn off the power, empty and clean the Tank.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC 200V 50Hz) before use.
• The liquid level of the medium in the tank should be kept within a reasonable range to avoid dry burning.
• Pay attention to the equipment Temperature range (RT + 5~ 65 ℃), do not use beyond the range.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• When the over-temperature alarm is triggered, check and troubleshoot immediately.
• When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply to avoid liquid entering the electrical part.
The equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated place with enough space around to facilitate heat dissipation.
