JINGHONG DK-500S triple purpose thermostatic water tank is a precision thermostatic and auxiliary heating equipment designed for Universities & colleges, industrial and mining enterprises and R & D institutions. Its Tank size is 500 * 300 * 150mm, made of stainless steel, Temperature range is room temperature + 5 ° C to 100 ° C, Power is 1500W, suitable for a wide range of thermostatic experimental needs.
Features
1. Adopt one-time stamping forming stainless steel liner for easy cleaning.
2. Equipped with a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with dual digital display for setting and measuring temperature and PID self-tuning function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. Some models (such as with built-in circulating water pump) can be equipped with external circulation interface to output thermostatic water flow.

Principle
The device heats the medium (usually water) in the Tank through an electric heating element, and the temperature is monitored in real time by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The temperature controller automatically adjusts the Heating power based on the PID control algorithm to maintain the user-set target temperature and achieve precise thermostatic. If the temperature exceeds the safe range, the over-temperature alarm system will activate the sound and light alarm.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as deionized water) to the Tank.
Connect the power supply (AC 200V 50Hz).
3. Set the required target temperature through a microcomputer thermostat.
4. Start the device, the thermostat will automatically heat and maintain the thermostatic state.
5. After use, turn off the power, empty and clean the Tank.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (AC 200V 50Hz) before use.
• When adding medium to the Tank, the liquid level must not exceed the maximum allowable scale and ensure that the heating element is submerged.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the inside of the Tank or the heated part to prevent burns.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm prompt. If an alarm occurs, please check and deal with it in time.
• Regularly clean the stainless steel liner to keep the equipment in good condition.
• If the device is not used for a long time, please empty the media in the Tank.
