Overview
JINGHONG DK-S24 electric thermostatic water bath is a laboratory equipment for precision thermostatic and auxiliary heating. It is mainly used by Universities & colleges, industrial and mining enterprises and R & D institutions.
Features
1. Adopt one-time stamping forming stainless steel liner for easy cleaning.
2. Equipped with a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with dual digital display for setting and measuring temperature and PID self-tuning function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. Some models with built-in circulating water pump, after the installation of external circulation interface, can output thermostatic water flow.
4. With over-temperature alarm system, the operator is prompted by sound and light alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.
Principle
The device heats the water in the Tank through an electric heating element, and the temperature is precisely controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The temperature controller automatically adjusts the Heating power through the PID algorithm to stabilize the water temperature at the set value. When the temperature exceeds the safe range, the over-temperature alarm system will activate the sound and light alarm.

Steps
1. Add appropriate amount of water to the Tank.
2. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature on the microcomputer temperature controller.
4. Start heating, the device will automatically heat up and thermostatic at the set value.
5. After use, turn off the power, empty and clean the Tank.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the water in the Tank is sufficient to avoid dry burning.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the heating parts and high-temperature water to prevent burns.
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz to ensure that the power supply matches.
When you hear an over-temperature alarm, check the equipment immediately and take appropriate measures.
• When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply first, and wait until the equipment is completely chilled down before proceeding.
• Do not use the equipment for Miscellaneous purposes beyond its stated purpose (precision thermostatic and auxiliary heating).
