Overview
The DK-S26 electric thermostatic water bath is a precision thermostatic and auxiliary heating device for Universities & colleges, industrial and mining enterprises and R & D institutions. Its Tank volume is 16L, made of stainless steel, has a six-hole double row design, Heating power is 1500W, Temperature range is room temperature + 5 ℃ to 100 ℃.
Features
1. Adopt one-time stamping forming stainless steel liner for easy cleaning.
2. Equipped with a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with dual digital display for setting and measuring temperature and PID self-tuning function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. Some models (such as with built-in circulating water pump) can output thermostatic water flow to the outside after installing the external circulation interface.
4. With over-temperature alarm system, the operator is prompted by sound and light alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.
Principle
The device heats the water in the Tank through an electric heating tube, and the water temperature is monitored in real time by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The temperature controller automatically adjusts the Heating power according to the difference between the set target temperature and the measured temperature, using the PID algorithm to achieve accurate and stable thermostatic control. When the temperature exceeds the safe range, the over-temperature alarm system will activate the sound and light alarm.

Steps
1. Inject appropriate amount of water into the Tank.
2. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature through a microcomputer thermostat.
4. Start the heating, the device will automatically control the temperature to the set value and keep the thermostatic.
5. After use, turn off the power, empty and clean the Tank.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the water in the Tank is sufficient to avoid dry burning.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the heating parts and high-temperature water to prevent burns.
• Power supply voltage requirement (AC 220V 50Hz) to ensure matching of power supply.
• When the over-temperature alarm is triggered, it should be checked and troubleshooted in time.
• Before cleaning equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply and allow it to chill down completely.
• Please use the equipment in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
