Overview
JINGHONG DK-S28 electric thermostatic water bath is a precision thermostatic and auxiliary heating device designed for Universities & colleges, industrial and mining enterprises and R & D institutions. Its Tank volume is 19L, made of stainless steel, and the Temperature range is room temperature + 5 ° C to 100 ° C. It is suitable for various experiments and heating processes that require a stable temperature environment.
Features

2. Equipped with a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with dual digital display for setting and measuring temperature and PID self-tuning function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. Some models (such as DKB-8A) have built-in circulating water pump, and can output thermostatic water flow to the outside after installing external circulation interface.
4. With over-temperature alarm system, the operator is prompted by sound and light alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.
Principle
The device heats the water in the Tank through an electric heating tube, and the water temperature is monitored in real time by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The temperature controller adopts a PID control algorithm, which can automatically adjust the Heating power according to the deviation between the set temperature and the actual water temperature, achieving accurate and stable thermostatic control. When the temperature exceeds the safe range, the over-temperature alarm system will start the sound and light alarm.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of distillation water or deionized water into the Tank.
2. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required temperature through a microcomputer thermostat.
4. The equipment starts to heat up until it reaches and stabilizes at the set temperature.
5. Place the sample that needs to be thermostatic or heated into the Tank.
6. After use, turn off the power and remove the sample.
Notice
• Do not power on the heater before filling the tank with water to prevent dry burning from damaging the heater.
• Please use distillation water or deionized water to reduce scale generation and prolong equipment life.
• Water injection should be no less than one-half of the height of the Tank and no higher than two-thirds of the height of the Tank.
• When the equipment is running, do not directly touch the water or heating parts in the Tank with your hands to prevent burns.
• Note that the power supply voltage of the equipment is AC 200V 50Hz to ensure that the power supply matches.
• If the equipment issues an over-temperature alarm, it should be checked and troubleshooted immediately.
When cleaning the liner, power off and let it chill down.
