JINGHONG DKZ-2B electric thermostatic oscillation tank is an experimental equipment that integrates thermostatic heating and oscillation functions. It is mainly used by Universities & colleges, industrial and mining enterprises and R & D institutions for precision thermostatic experiments and auxiliary heating.

Principle
The device heats the medium in the stainless steel Tank through an electric heating element. The microcomputer intelligent temperature controller monitors the temperature in real time and uses the PID algorithm to precisely adjust the Heating power to achieve and maintain the set thermostatic environment. At the same time, its built-in oscillation mechanism can drive the sample according to the set Frequency and amplitude, so that the sample is uniformly heated or reacted under thermostatic conditions.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as water) to the Tank.
2. Turn on the power supply (AC 200V 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature through a microcomputer thermostat.
4. To oscillate, set the required Oscillation Frequency (0~ 200rpm).
5. Start the device and start heating and/or shaking.
6. After the experiment, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC 200V 50Hz) before use.
• Do not dry burn without water or insufficient medium.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm prompt to ensure the safety of the experiment.
When the equipment is working, do not touch the heating components and high-temperature media.
When cleaning the liner, make sure the equipment is powered off and completely chilled down.
