Overview
DKZ-2 electric thermostatic oscillation tank is an experimental equipment that integrates thermostatic and oscillation functions. It is mainly used by Universities & colleges, industrial and mining enterprises and R & D institutions for precision thermostatic fostering, auxiliary heating and oscillation mixing.

2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with dual digital display and PID self-tuning function for setting and measuring temperature, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. Optional built-in circulating water pump, through the external circulation interface can output thermostatic water flow.
4. With over-temperature alarm system, through sound and light alarm prompts, to ensure experimental safety.
Principle
The device heats the water in the Tank through an electric heating system, and the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller monitors and precisely controls the water temperature in real time. At the same time, the drive system drives the working table or sample bearing device to vibrate horizontally to realize sample mixing or reaction under thermostatic conditions.

Steps
1. Add appropriate amount of water to the Tank.
2. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required temperature through a microcomputer thermostat.
4. Set the required Oscillation Frequency (Rotation speed).
5. Start the heating and oscillation functions, and the device starts to work.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the water level in the Tank is appropriate to avoid dry burning.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the heating parts and high-temperature sink to prevent burns.
• Power supply voltage is AC 200V 50Hz to ensure that the power supply matches.
• If the equipment is equipped with over-temperature alarm function, the alarm should be checked and dealt with in time.
When cleaning the liner, power off and let it chill down.
