Overview
The DK-8D electrothermal thermostatic water tank is a precision thermostatic device suitable for Universities & colleges, industrial and mining enterprises and R & D institutions for precision thermostatic experiments or auxiliary heating. This model features three independently controlled working holes for a wide Temperature range and can be configured for domestic circulation or external circulation.
Features
1. Adopt one-time stamping forming stainless steel liner for easy cleaning.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with dual digital display and PID self-tuning function for setting and measuring temperature, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. Models with built-in circulating water pump (such as DKB-8A) can output thermostatic water flow to the outside after installing external circulation interface.
4. With over-temperature alarm system, through sound and light alarm prompts, to ensure the safe operation of the experiment.
5. The DK-8D model has three working holes, each of which can be independently controlled.
Principle
This device heats the medium (usually water) in the Tank through an electric heating element, and the temperature is monitored in real time by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The temperature controller uses a PID control algorithm, which automatically adjusts the Heating power to maintain the set target temperature. When the temperature exceeds the safe setting value, the over-temperature alarm system will activate the sound and light alarm. Some models have a built-in circulating pump, which can promote uniform temperature in the tank or provide thermostatic water flow to external equipment through external pipes.
Applications
Universities & colleges, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions
Steps
1. Check the power supply and Tank status of the equipment.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as deionized water) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch.
4. Set the required target temperature through a microcomputer thermostat.
5. Start the heating and circulation functions (if required).
6. The equipment is running, and the experiment can be carried out after the set temperature is reached.
7. After use, turn off the power, empty or properly dispose of the medium in the Tank.
Notice
Please read the instructions carefully before use.
• Power supply voltage (AC 200V 50Hz) is consistent with equipment requirements.
• Tank medium level should be kept within a reasonable range to avoid dry burning.
• Pay attention to the equipment Temperature range (RT + 5~ 100 ℃), do not exceed the limit.
• When the over-temperature alarm is triggered, it should be checked and troubleshooted immediately.
When performing cleaning or maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• Models with built-in circulation pump If external circulation is required, please connect the external circulation interface correctly.
