Overview
TL-1530 Polarized Microscope is a TEELEN TL-1500 series product, which uses the polarization characteristics of light to study and identify birefringent substances. It can be used for single polarized observation, orthogonal polarized observation and cone light observation. It is widely used in research and inspection in geology, chemical industry and other fields. It can also be used for crystal phase observation of liquid polymer materials, biological polymers and liquid crystal materials. It is an ideal instrument for research and teaching in scientific research institutions and colleges and universities.
Features
1. Optional transmission illumination, drop illumination or reflection illumination
2. Equipped with stress-free flat-field objective (center adjustable) and large-field eyepiece
3. Coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism, coarse elastic adjustable, with limit locking device, fretting grid value: 2μm
4. Swirl/spin stage, 360 ° Graduation, vernier grid value 6 ', adjustable center, with locking device, table vertical effective Travel up to 30mm
5. Wide voltage power supply (85-265V 47-60HZ), 6V20W halogen lighting, adjustable luminance
Principle
The polarized microscope utilizes the polarization characteristics of light to illuminate the sample through a transmission or reflection illumination system, and combines optical inspection elements such as polarizers and detectors to observe and analyze substances with birefringence. By adjusting different polarization states, various observation modes such as mono-polarized observation, orthogonal polarized observation and cone observation can be realized.
Applications
Crystal phase observation of geology, chemical industry, liquid polymer materials, biological polymers, liquid crystal materials, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities
Steps
1. Turn on the power and adjust the lighting luminance
2. Select transmission, drop or reflection lighting mode
3. Place the sample on the rotating stage
4. Focus through coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism
5. Adjust the polarizer and detector to the desired polarization state
6. Select the appropriate objective and eyepiece for observation
7. Photographic recording can be performed through the three-eyeliner barrel
Notice
• Power frequency within 85-265V range before use
• Pay attention to the tightness when adjusting the coarse focusing to avoid damage to the sample
• Pay attention to the state of the locking device when rotating the stage
• Pay attention to the spring protection device when replacing the objective lens
• Optical inspection components clean to avoid scratches
• Turn off the power supply in time after use and do a good job in equipment maintenance
