Overview
TL-1503 epipolarized microscope is an instrument that uses the polarization characteristics of light to study and identify birefringent substances. It can be used for mono-polarized observation, orthogonal polarized observation and cone light observation. It is widely used in research and inspection in geology, chemical industry and other fields. It can also be used for crystal phase observation of liquid polymer materials, biological polymers and liquid crystal materials. It is an ideal instrument for research and teaching in scientific research institutions and universities.
Features
1. Optional transmission illumination, drop illumination or reflection illumination
2. Equipped with stress-free flat-field objective (center adjustable) and large-field eyepiece
3. Coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism, coarse elastic adjustable, with limit locking device, fretting grid value: 2μm
4. Swirl/spin stage, 360 ° Graduation, vernier grid value 6 ', adjustable center, with locking device, table vertical effective Travel up to 30mm
5. Wide voltage power supply (85-265V 47-60HZ), 6V20W halogen lighting, adjustable luminance
Principle
The microscope uses the polarization characteristics of light to observe and analyze birefringent substances through polarizers and detectors. The built-in detector can freely switch between normal observation and polarized observation, and the intermediate cylinder is equipped with a variety of compensators, such as lambda compensator, lambda/4 compensator and quartz wedge compensator, to enhance the identification ability of birefringent substances.
Applications
Crystal phase observation of geology, chemical industry, liquid polymer materials, biological polymers, liquid crystal materials, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities
Steps
1. Select transmission lighting, epiphany lighting or reflection lighting mode according to observation needs
2. Use the coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism for focusing, the coarse fretting is elastic and adjustable, and the fretting grid value is 2μm.
3. Adjust the swirl/spin stage, use 360 ° and other Graduation and vernier grid value 6 'for sample positioning, center adjustable and locked
4. Switch normal observation and polarized observation through the built-in polarizer of the intermediate tube, and can be swirled/spun 90 ° with scale operation
5. Push in a Burst mirror or use a compensator (e.g. a lambda compensator) for detailed analysis as needed
6. Adjust 6V20W halogen lamp luminance to ensure proper lighting
Notice
• Power frequency check for wide voltage range (85-265V 47-60HZ) before use
• Pay attention to the coarse fretting coaxial mechanism when focusing to avoid excessive force. The fretting grid value is 2μm.
• Locking device after stage swirl/spin and center adjustment to prevent sliding
• Gently swirl/spin when operating polarizers and compensators, with a cursor grid value accurate to 12 '
• Optical inspection components are kept clean to avoid dust affecting the observation effect
• The halogen lamp luminance is adjustable to avoid long-term high luminance use to prolong life
