Overview
TEELEN TL-2900B Polarizing Microscope is a professional opticalin strument that uses the principle of reflection, refraction, birefringence or scattering of light under certain conditions to generate polarized light.
Features
1. Optical inspection system and Modular function design
2. Configure a stress-free long working distance flat-field objective
3. Wide-angle flat-field eyepiece with a field of view diameter of 18mm
4. Coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism, coarse elastic adjustable, with limit locking device, fretting grid value 2μm
5. Polarizing observation device can be moved in or out of the optical path, both polarizer and detector can be 360 ° swirl/spin
6. Swirl/spin stage, 360 ° Graduation, vernier grid value 6 ', adjustable center, with locking device, table vertical effective Travel 35mm
7. Wide voltage power supply (220V 50/60Hz), 6V20W halogen lighting, adjustable luminance
8. The three-eyeliner barrel can freely switch between visual observation and microphotography, and can be 100% transparent during photography, suitable for low-light microscopic image shooting
Principle
Polarizing Microscope uses the principle that the reflection, refraction, birefringence or scattering of light under certain conditions will produce polarized light, and adds two polarizing filters of mutual swirl/spin in the opticalin strument. By adjusting the relative position of the polarizer and the analyzer, the polarization state of the light is changed, so as to obtain a comfortable light intensity and improve the contrast between the object and the background.
Applications
Materials Science, Geology and Mineralogy, Biology, Medicine, Chemistry, Crystallography Research
Steps
1. Turn on the power switch and adjust the lighting luminance
2. Place the sample on the stage
3. Focus through coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism
4. Move in or out of the polarized viewing device as required
5. swirl/spin polarizer and analyzer to desired angle
6. Viewing through the three-eyeliner tube or switching to photography mode
7. Special observations with compensators
8. Turn off the power after the observation is completed
Notice
• Power frequency meets requirements before use (220V 50/60Hz)
• Pay attention to rough and elastic adjustment when focusing to avoid damage to the sample
• Pay attention to the center adjustment and locking device when rotating the stage
• Optical inspection components clean to avoid scratches
• Turn off the Illuminant in time after use to prolong the life of the bulb
• Handle the instrument with care to avoid vibration
• Regularly check the working status of each component
