Principle
The TL-600A Polarized Microscope works based on the principle of polarized light. Polarized light is generated by a polarizing device, and the rays of light are analyzed by a polarizer after passing through the sample. The instrument supports single-polarized, quadrature-polarized and cone-light observation modes. The objective lens and condenser system are used to realize the magnified observation of the sample, and the imaging clarity is precisely adjusted by the focusing system.
Applications
Crystallography, analytical chemistry, biological sciences, environment sciences
Steps
1. Turn on the built-in LED Illuminant and adjust the luminance
2. Place the sample on the rotating stage
3. Select single-polarized, orthogonal-polarized or cone-light observation modes as needed
4. Adjust to clear image through coarse fretting coaxial focusing system
5. Rotate the stage or adjust the angle of the analyzer for observation
6. Optical inspection analysis using compensators and test plates
