Overview
TL-600B Polarized Microscope is a binocular polarized microscope from TEELEN brand, which can be used for transmission polarized observation for routine inspection and teaching purposes. The instrument provides clear and sharp images, supports single polarized, orthogonal polarized and cone light observation modes, and is widely used in crystallography, analytical chemistry, biological science, environment science and other fields.
Features
1. Adopt binocular observation head, hinged design, adjustable pupil spacing of 55-75mm, 30 ° tilt, 360 ° swirl/spin.
2. Equipped with a pair of wide-field flat-field eyepieces WF10X/18 and a cross-reticle eyepiece with 0.1mm.
3. Objectives include 4X, 10X, 40X (S), 100X (S, Oil) color difference objectives, with a total magnification of 40X~ 1000X.
4. The stage is a 120mm diameter round table, 360 ° swirl/spin, scale value 1 °, vernier value 6 ′.
5. Built-in dimming 3.5V/1W high luminance LED Illuminant.
6. The polarizer can be rotated from 0 ° to 90 ° and can be moved out of the light path. The polarizing device is located on the light collector mirror and can be rotated 360 °.
7. Provide optical path compensator, including lambda test plate (top red) and 1/4 lambda test plate.
Principle
The polarized microscope works based on the principle of transmitted polarized light. Polarized light is generated by a polarizing device. After the ray of light passes through the sample, it is analyzed by a polarizer. It supports single polarized light, orthogonal polarized light and cone light observation modes. The focusing system adopts coaxial design of coarse fretting to ensure clear and sharp images.
Applications
Crystallography, analytical chemistry, biological sciences, environment sciences
Steps
1. Turn on the built-in LED Illuminant and adjust the luminance.
2. Place the sample on the stage.
3. Adjust the distance between the eyes and the angle of the observation head.
4. Use coarse fretting coaxial focusing system for focusing.
5. Select mono-polarized, orthogonal polarized or conical modes as needed, and adjust the polarizer and polarizer.
6. Observe the image through the eyepiece, using a compensator if necessary.
Notice
• Oil is required when using a 100X objective.
• Turn gently when operating the polarizer and polarizer.
• Optical inspection parts are kept clean to avoid scratches.
• Avoid collision between the sample and the objective lens when adjusting the focal length.
