Overview
The TEELEN DM5018 Microscope camera is a professional device that combines High Accuracy measurement and high definition video recording. It is equipped with a 5M pixel Sensor, supports 1080P video recording and 5 million still photography, and has a variety of built-in measurement systems for accurate observation and data analytics of small objects such as cells.
Features
1. Built-in High Accuracy measurement system, supports length measurement (straight line, polyline, Linear dispersion, parallel line spacing, point line spacing) and geometric measurement of the distance between two circles, the data is accurate to 1/100 micron, suitable for cell-level small object measurement.
2. One-click video recording, support 1080P 30FPS high definition video recording, video can be stored in the built-in hard disk or external TF card, and support direct playback observation.
3. Intuitive UI interface, start to display functions such as taking pictures, recording, settings, etc., click operation is simple and easy to use.
4. Provide a variety of marking functions, including point coordinates, crosshairs, coordinate systems and text annotations, for easy data labeling and analysis.
5. Support a variety of geometric measurement and area calculation, such as line segment length, radius fixed circle, two-point fixed circle, three-point fixed circle, concentric circle, polygon and Cube area.
Principle
The camera captures images through the 1/2.5-inch Sensor, with effective pixels of 2592 (H) * 1944 (V), to achieve 5M pixel high definition imagery. The image and video data are output through USB2.0, HDMI, TF card or built-in WIFI interface, combined with S-eye measurement system for real-time geometry and length measurement, ensuring data accuracy to the micron level.
Applications
Microscope observation, cell research, small object measurement, scientific experiment, educational demonstration, industrial inspection
Steps
Connect the power supply DC-12V/2A and start the device.
2. Select the photo, video or setting function through the UI interface.
3. Use the mouse to capture or record images, and store the data on the built-in hard disk or TF card.
4. Use measurement tools for length, geometry or area measurement.
5. Replay the video or view the measurement results.
Notice
• Make sure to use the specified power supply DC-12V/2A to avoid voltage mismatch.
• Handle with care during operation to prevent damage to the equipment from falling.
• Regularly check the storage device (built-in hard drive or TF card) space to avoid data loss.
• Ensure a stable environment to improve accuracy when measuring tiny objects.
• Turn off the power supply in time after use to prolong the life of the equipment.
