Overview
The TEELEN MC630 Microscope Dedicated Camera is a high-performance industrial camera with Sony 6.30 million pixel CMOS Sensor IMX178 that supports real-time image stitching and depth-of-field fusion. It enables high-speed and stable transmission through the USB 3.0 interface, suitable for a variety of imagery scenarios such as Brightfield, fluorescence and polarization, and provides a complete image acquisition, editing, measurement and reporting output workflow.
Features
1. Real-time image stitching function, generating a large stitching image within seconds of moving the stage
2. Real-time depth of field fusion function, turn the focus ring to generate a clear and large depth of field image
3. Complete image acquisition-editing-measurement-reporting output workflow to optimize operation efficiency
4. Excellent color reproduction technology accurately restores the true color of the microscopic field of view
5. Using Sony Professional CMOS Sensor, resolution up to 3072x2048
6. Global shutter technology to capture dynamic samples without distortion
7. USB 3.0 high-speed transmission, full resolution 40 frames/second imagery
Principle
The MC630 camera is equipped with Mosaic 2.0 computing imagery software, which processes multiple images in real time for splicing or depth of field fusion by moving the stage or rotating the focus ring. It uses global shutter technology to ensure that all pixels are exposed at the same time, combines ISP core color reproduction technology to improve Sensor Light spectrum Response, and transmits data at high speed through the USB 3.0 interface to the PC software for processing and output.
Applications
Brightfield imagery, fluorescence imagery, polarized imagery
Standards
Supports Windows, Linux/Mac under development
Steps
1. Connect camera to PC via USB 3.0 port
2. Install and run the Capture V 2.0 software
3. Mobile stage for real-time image stitching
4. Rotate the focus ring for real-time depth of field fusion
5. Acquire images for editing, measurement and report output
