Overview
MC2000 is a Microscope dedicated camera launched by TEELEN, equipped with Sony 20 million pixel CMOS Sensor IMX183, adopts global shutter technology, and supports USB 3.0 high-speed transmission. The camera integrates Mosaic 2.0 computational imagery software, provides real-time image stitching and depth of field fusion functions, and is suitable for a variety of imagery modes such as Brightfield, fluorescence, and polarized light.
Features
1. Real-time image stitching function, generating a large stitching image within seconds of moving the stage
2. Real-time depth of field fusion function, turn the focus ring to generate a clear and large depth of field image
3. Complete image acquisition - editing - measurement - reporting output workflow
4. Adopt Sony 20 million pixel CMOS Sensor, maximum resolution 5472x3648
5. Global shutter technology to capture dynamic samples without distortion
6. USB 3.0 interface, 15 frames/second fast imagery at full resolution
7. Support multiple imagery modes of Brightfield, fluorescence and polarization
Principle
MC2000 camera collects image data through Sony CMOS Sensor, and adopts global shutter technology implementation to expose all pixels at the same time. With Mosaic 2.0 computing imagery software, real-time image stitching is performed when moving the stage, and real-time depth of field fusion is completed when turning the focus ring. High-speed transmission to computer processing through USB 3.0 interface.
Applications
Microscope imagery, industrial testing, scientific research observation, medical research
Standards
USB 3.0 interface standard, C interface Optical inspection standard
Steps
1. Connect the camera to the computer USB 3.0 port
2. Install and run the Capture V 2.0 software
3. Set parameters such as exposure and gain
4. Mobile stage for real-time image stitching
5. Rotate the focus ring for real-time depth of field fusion
6. Capture images and make editorial measurements
7. Output report
