JINGHONG GNP-9080 Water-Jacketed thermostatic incubator is a thermostatic device using Water-Jacketed Heating mode, which is mainly used in Universities & colleges, biology, agriculture, scientific research and other departments for bacterial storage, biological foster, etc. It is a necessary equipment for scientific research laboratories.
Features
1. Adopt a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with dual digital display for setting and measuring temperature and PID self-tuning function, accurate and reliable temperature control, optional timing function (up to 9999 minutes).
2. The inner and outer double door structure is adopted, and the inner door is fully tempered Glass, which does not affect the internal temperature when observing the situation in the box, and the temperature fluctuation is small.
3. The liner is made of mirror stainless steel and has a four-corner and half-arc design for easy cleaning.

Principle
The incubator adopts the water-jacketed heating principle. The water in the jacket is heated by an electric heating tube, and the heat is evenly and stably transferred to the interior of the studio by taking advantage of the characteristics of large heat capacity and uniform heat conduction of water, so as to achieve accurate and uniform control of the temperature in the box, and to maintain a thermostatic environment for a long time after power failure.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated working environment.
Connect the AC 220V 50Hz power supply.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 65 ° C) and optional time parameters through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
4. Close the inner and outer doors and start the equipment to start heating.
5. Observe the fostering process through the fully tempered Glass inner door to minimize the opening of the outer door.
6. After the foster is over, turn off the power and take out the sample.
Notice
Equipment should work at Ambient Temperature of 5~ 30 ℃.
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
• Do not open the outer door frequently during operation, so as not to affect the temperature Stability in the box.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm prompt of the equipment to ensure safe operation.
• When cleaning the liner, use a soft fabric to avoid scratching the mirror stainless steel surface.
• Optional functions (such as printer, Touchscreen controller, SMS alarm) need to be used according to the actual booking situation.
