JINGHONG GNP-9160 Water-Jacketed thermostatic incubator is a thermostatic device using Water-jacketed Heating mode. It is mainly used for bacterial storage and biological fostering in Universities & colleges, biology, agriculture, scientific research and other departments. It is an essential equipment for scientific research laboratories.

Principle
The incubator adopts Water-Jacketed (Water-jacketed) Heating mode. Through the water in the heating jacket of the electric heating pipe, the heat is evenly transferred to the interior of the studio by taking advantage of the characteristics of large heat capacity, uniform temperature and slow change, so as to achieve a stable and uniform thermostatic environment. The microcomputer intelligent thermostat precisely adjusts the Heating power through the PID self-tuning algorithm to maintain the set temperature.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated working environment.
Connect the AC 220V 50Hz power supply.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and Working time (if necessary) through the microcomputer thermostat.
4. Put the items to be fostered on the shelf in the studio and close the inner Glass door and the outer door.
5. The device starts to work and enters the thermostatic state after reaching the set temperature.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power and remove the items.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated place with an Ambient Temperature between 5 and 30 ° C.
* Do not use near damp, corrosive gases or flammable and explosive items.
* When placing items, do not block the air duct or heating element in the working room.
When opening the door for observation, please shorten the time as much as possible to reduce temperature fluctuations.
* When cleaning the liner, please cut off the power first, wipe it with a soft cloth, and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
* If the equipment is not used for a long time, please empty the water in the jacket and keep the interior drying.
* If the over-temperature alarm or SMS alarm function is selected, please ensure that the relevant settings are correct and check their effectiveness regularly.
Before performing maintenance or troubleshooting, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
