JINGHONG SHP-150Y biochemistry cultivating box is a special thermostatic equipment for microbial fostering, plant cultivation, breeding test and BOD determination. It is suitable for scientific research, universities and production departments in the fields of environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture and livestock, aquatic products, etc.

Principle
The biochemistry cultivating box precisely sets and controls the temperature in the box through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller (or programmable Touchscreen controller). The system uses PID self-tuning function, combined with modular refrigeration device and environmentally friendly refrigerant for refrigeration to achieve and maintain the set thermostatic environment. The double door structure effectively insulates the heat to ensure the internal temperature is stable.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, time and other program parameters through the Touchscreen controller.
3. Put the samples to be fostered into the box and place them reasonably on the shelf.
4. Close the double door and start the device running.
5. During operation, the situation in the box can be observed through the Glass inner door, or the equipment status can be monitored through the optional Communication interface and SMS system.
6. After the program is completed, remove the sample and clean the inside of the equipment.

* The performance parameters are tested under no-load conditions: Ambient Temperature 20 ℃, Environmental humidity 50% RH.
* Embedded printer, RS-485 Communication interface, SMS monitoring and alarm system and 220V socket in the studio are optional functions, please buy according to your needs.
Please ensure that the power supply of the device is AC 220V 50Hz.
