Overview
JINGHONG SHP-450Y biochemistry cultivating box is a special thermostatic equipment, suitable for scientific research, universities and production departments in the fields of environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products, etc. Mainly used for water body analysis and BOD determination, as well as the fostering and preservation of bacteria, molds and microorganisms, plant cultivation and breeding experiments.

7. Optional 220V socket can be installed in the studio for BOD determination.

Principle
The biochemistry cultivating box is precisely controlled by the Touchscreen intelligent temperature controller. The temperature controller adopts the P.I.D automatic calculation function, which can monitor the temperature change in the working room in real time and make corrections immediately to maintain the set thermostatic environment, ensuring accurate and stable temperature control.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Power on through Touchscreen and familiarize yourself with the operation according to the guidance of the Help menu key.
3. Select the setting mode or program mode, and set the required temperature parameters (Temperature range 5~ 50 ℃, resolution 0.1 ℃) and program steps (if necessary).
4. Place the sample to be fostered or tested on the shelf in the studio.
5. Close the double door (outer door and inner fully tempered Glass door).
6. Start the device, start running, and observe the real-time temperature Linear dispersion through the screen.
7. After running, remove the sample and power off the device.
Notice
* Make sure to use AC 220V 50Hz power supply and check whether the Power supply voltage is stable.
* Power consumption of the device is 1700W, please ensure that the load capacity of the power supply line is sufficient.
* When placing the equipment, please reserve enough space to ensure Dimension (730 * 960 * 1740mm) and keep well ventilated.
Do not open and close the box door frequently to avoid affecting the internal temperature stability.
* When cleaning the liner, please use a soft cloth to wipe the mirror stainless steel to avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
* Optional embedded printer or RS-485 Communication interface, 220V indoor socket, need to confirm whether to install according to actual needs.
When performing special applications such as BOD determination, if you need to use indoor sockets, please ensure the safety of electricity use.
When the device is running, do not block the heat dissipation hole.
* If not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
