Overview
JINGHONG MJP-250 mildew incubator is a thermostatic equipment specially used for mold, microorganism, bacteria fostering, preservation, plant cultivation and breeding experiments. It is suitable for scientific research, universities and production departments in the fields of environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products, etc. It can also be used for water body analysis and BOD determination.

Principle
The equipment carries out precise temperature control through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, and uses PID self-tuning function to ensure stable temperature in the box. The modular refrigeration device provides a refrigeration cycle, and cooperates with environmentally friendly refrigerants to achieve efficient and energy-saving temperature regulation. The box adopts a double door structure for effective heat insulation. The inner door is fully tempered Glass, which is easy to observe and does not affect the internal temperature environment. The box is equipped with an ultraviolet disinfection lamp, which can disinfect the studio and provide a clean environment for the foster.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect it to an AC 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required foster temperature (range 5~ 50 ° C) and timing parameters (optional) through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
3, according to the need to adjust the shelf spacing, placed foster.
4. Close the inner fully tempered Glass door and the outer door, and start the equipment to run.
5. During operation, the situation in the box can be observed through the Glass door, or remotely monitored through the optional Communication interface and SMS monitoring system.
6. After the foster is over, take out the sample and use the ultraviolet disinfection lamp in the box for disinfection if necessary.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Use the specified AC 220V 50Hz Power supply voltage.
• Please ensure that the double door is tightly closed during operation to keep the temperature in the box stable.
• When using UV disinfection lamps, avoid looking directly at Illuminants and ensure that there are no personnel or Miscellaneous sensitive items in the box.
• Optional functions (such as printer, Communication interface, socket, SMS alarm) need to be configured according to actual needs, non-standard equipment.
• Regularly clean the mirror stainless steel liner to keep the equipment hygienic.
