Overview
JINGHONG MJPS-150 mildew incubator is a thermostatic equipment specially used for microbial fostering, preservation and plant cultivation experiments. It is suitable for scientific research, universities and production departments in the fields of environment protection, drug testing, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products, etc., especially for water body analysis, BOD determination and mold and other microorganisms foster.

Principle
The equipment precisely controls the temperature in the box through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, and uses a PID self-tuning algorithm to ensure temperature stability. For MJPS models, there is also a Humidity Control system to maintain the constant Humidity environment required to foster. Modular refrigeration units are used for low temperature control, while UV sterilization lamps are used to sterilize the environment inside the box.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, Humidity (if applicable) and timing parameters through the microcomputer controller.
3. If disinfection is required, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp in the box can be turned on for irradiation.
4. Place the sample to be fostered on the shelf with adjustable spacing in the box and close the double door.
5. The equipment starts to run, and the internal situation can be observed through the fully tempered Glass inner door without affecting the temperature.
6. After the operation, remove the sample and clean the inside of the equipment.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
When operating the UV disinfection lamp, avoid looking directly at the Illuminant and ensure that no person or sample is exposed in the box (if disinfection is required before placing the sample).
• Do not open and close the box door frequently, so as not to affect the stability of the temperature and Humidity in the box.
• When cleaning the liner, wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid using corrosion cleaners.
• Optional functions (such as printer, Communication interface, socket, SMS alarm) need to be used according to the actual book configuration.
• When conducting experiments that need to be plugged in, such as BOD measurement, please make sure that a 220V socket in the studio is selected.
