Overview
JINGHONG MJPS-250 mildew incubator is a thermostatic equipment specially used for mold, microbial fostering, preservation, plant cultivation and breeding experiments. It is suitable for scientific research, universities and production departments in the fields of environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products, etc. It can also be used for water body analysis and BOD determination.

Principle
The device is precisely temperature (and Humidity) controlled by a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The temperature controller uses a PID self-tuning algorithm to ensure that the temperature in the box is stable at the set value. The modular refrigeration unit provides cooling capacity, while the double door structure effectively reduces heat exchange and maintains the internal environment constant. UV disinfection lamps are used to disinfect the space in the box.

Environmental protection, drug testing, agriculture, livestock, aquatic and other scientific research, colleges and production departments. It is a special thermostatic equipment for water analysis and BOD determination, bacteria, molds, microorganisms fostering, preservation, plant cultivation, and breeding tests.
Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated environment and connect the power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature (and Humidity) parameters through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
3. If disinfection is required, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp in the box can be turned on for irradiation.
4. Put the samples to be fostered into the box and place them reasonably on the shelf with adjustable spacing.
5. Close the double door (first close the inner tempered Glass door, then close the outer door) and start fostering.
6, during the fostering process, the internal situation can be observed through the tempered Glass door, which basically does not affect the temperature in the box.
7. After the foster is over, take out the sample and turn off the power of the equipment.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a stable and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
* Power supply voltage meets the requirements (AC 220V 50Hz).
* When turning on the ultraviolet disinfection lamp, do not look directly at the lamp tube, and ensure that there is no personal contact in the box. It is recommended to ventilate after disinfection.
When placing the sample, do not block the air duct in the box to ensure uniform temperature.
Regularly clean the liner of the box to maintain hygiene.
* If the Communication interface or alarm system is selected, please follow the corresponding instructions to set and use.
When the equipment malfunctions, do not disassemble it yourself and contact a professional for repair.
