JINGHONG GDHS-2005A low/high temperature test Chamber is a equipment for high and low temperature or heat and humidity environmental testing and testing in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc.

Principle
The test Chamber sets the target temperature through a microcomputer temperature controller, controls the refrigeration system (using a French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor) and the heating system, and combines the circulation system composed of German imported fans and air ducts to make the air in the working room forced convection, so as to achieve rapid and uniform temperature changes to simulate the required high and low temperature or heat and humidity environment.

Steps
Place the device in a suitable working environment (temperature 15~ 30 ° C) and connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, Humidity and other test parameters through the programmable LCD controller.
3. If an external test line is required, the test hole on the left side of the box can be used.
4. Place the sample on the shelf in the studio, and the shelf spacing can be adjusted.
5. Start the equipment and start the test.
6. During the test, the controller will display the real-time temperature, and the safety device will monitor and protect the entire process.
7. After the test, remove the sample and turn off the equipment.
Notice
• Equipment should be placed in a well ventilated place with Ambient Temperature 15~ 30 ℃.
• Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz and reliable grounding.
• Do not switch the Compressor on and off frequently, and start again after shutdown at an interval of more than 10 minutes.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the temperature stability and Compressor life.
• Regularly check the humidifier water level to prevent dry burning.
• When the equipment alarms, please check and troubleshoot according to the prompts before running.
• When cleaning the liner, wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid using corrosion cleaners.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
