JINGHONG GDHS-2005B low/high temperature test Chamber is a equipment for high and low temperature or heat and humidity environmental testing and testing in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc.

Principle
The equipment sets the target temperature through the microcomputer temperature controller, drives the refrigeration system (using the French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor) and heating system to work, and makes the air in the working room forced circulation through the air duct circulation system (composed of low-noise fans and air ducts imported from Germany) to achieve fast and uniform temperature change and stability. When the humidity cabinet test is carried out, the system will also control Humidity within the set range. Comprehensive Safety protection system monitors the operating status of the equipment to ensure safety.

Steps
Place the device in a suitable working environment (temperature 15~ 30 ° C) and connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required test parameters such as temperature and Humidity (if applicable) through the programmable LCD controller.
3. Place the sample to be tested on the shelf in the studio, and adjust the shelf spacing as needed.
4. If necessary, external test power and signal wires can be connected through the test hole on the left side of the box.
5. Start the equipment and start the test.
6. During the test, the equipment will automatically control the temperature and humidity, and real-time data can be observed through the controller.
7. After the test, turn off the equipment and remove the sample.
8. To record data, an optional embedded printer can print temperature process records.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is used at the specified Ambient Temperature (15~ 30 ℃).
• Power supply voltage specified (220V 50Hz).
• When the equipment is running, please pay attention to safety prompts such as over-temperature alarm.
• Do not block the inlet and outlet of the air duct to ensure Temperature uniformity.
• When conducting humidity cabinet test, pay attention to the water level of the humidifier to prevent dry burning.
• When cleaning the liner, use its semi-circular arc design for easy operation.
Safety protection functions are provided, but the operator still needs to pay close attention to the operation status.
