JINGHONG GDHS-2010A low/high temperature test Chamber is a equipment for high and low temperature or heat and humidity environmental testing and testing in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc.

Principle
The equipment sets the target temperature through the microcomputer temperature controller, drives the refrigeration system (using the French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor) and heating system to work, and makes the temperature in the working room quickly reach the set value and maintain uniformity through the air duct circulation system (composed of German imported fans and suitable air ducts). The controller monitors the temperature in real time through the PT100 platinum resistance Sensor, and uses the PID self-tuning function to achieve accurate temperature control. The equipment has comprehensive Safety protection functions to ensure stable and reliable operation.

Steps
1. Place the device in a suitable location and connect it to the power supply.
2. Open the box door, adjust the shelf spacing according to needs and place the samples to be tested.
3. Close the box door and set the required test parameters such as temperature and Humidity (if applicable) through the programmable LCD controller.
4. Start the equipment and run the test.
5. During the test, the status can be monitored through the observation window and the controller display screen. Abnormalities such as over-temperature will trigger sound and light alarms.
6. After the test, turn off the equipment and take out the sample after the temperature in the box approaches the Ambient Temperature.
7. If you need to record data, you can use the optional embedded printer to print the temperature process record.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated workplace with an Ambient Temperature of 15~ 30 ° C.
• Power supply voltage meets the requirements (this model is 220V 50Hz).
• When placing the sample, the air duct outlet and return trend should not be blocked to ensure uniform temperature.
• Before running, please check whether the humidifier (such as humidity cabinet test) has sufficient water to avoid dry burning.
• After the test, do not open the door immediately to prevent burns or cold injuries, and to avoid rapid temperature changes affecting the sample.
• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the box to keep the equipment in good condition.
• If the equipment alarms, please check the corresponding components (such as Compressor, fan, overtemperature, water shortage, etc.) according to the alarm prompt and troubleshoot before use.
• The external test line can be introduced through the test hole on the left side of the box. Pay attention to sealing when using it, so as not to affect the environment in the box.
