JINGHONG GDHS-2010C low/high temperature test Chamber is a kind of equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc. for high and low temperature or heat and humidity environmental testing and testing.

5. The refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly working fluids to effectively reduce energy consumption and promote energy conservation and emission reduction.
6. There is a 25mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box, which can be used for external test power and signal wires.
7, over-temperature alarm system, sound and light alarm prompts the operator to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accident.
8. Comprehensive safety device protection has protective functions for Compressor overheating, fan overheating, Compressor overpressure, phase loss, overload, overtemperature, humidifier water shortage, humidifier dry burning, etc.
9. GDHS series/GDHJ series are equipped with programmable LCD controllers.
10. An optional embedded printer can print and record the temperature at different times, making it convenient to check the temperature control of the whole process.
Principle
The equipment sets the target temperature through a microcomputer temperature controller, drives the refrigeration system (using a French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor) and the heating system to work, and distributes the temperature evenly in the working room through the air duct circulation system (composed of German imported fans and suitable air ducts) to achieve accurate high and low temperature or heat and humidity environment simulation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, Humidity and other test parameters through the programmable LCD controller.
3. Put the sample on the shelf in the studio.
4. Start the equipment and start the test.
5. During the test, real-time data can be observed through the controller, and abnormal conditions such as over-temperature will trigger sound and light alarms.
6. After the test, remove the sample and turn off the equipment.
Notice
* Equipment should be used at Ambient Temperature 15~ 30 ℃.
* Power supply voltage meets requirements (220V 50Hz for GDHS-2010C).
* Please check the humidifier water level before use to prevent dry burning.
When the equipment is running, do not open and close the box door frequently.
* Regularly clean the equipment liner to maintain hygiene.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
* Safety protection function of the equipment, in case of alarm, please check the cause in time.
