Overview
SHYARONG YRDC-4006 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy thermostatic device controlled by a single-chip microprocessor, self-tuning PID adjustment, and imported platinum resistance temperature measurement. It provides users with a uniform temperature and controlled thermostatic field source. It has the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy, small Fluctuation, high cooling efficiency and low noise. It works stably and reliably, and is safe and convenient to operate.

5. Equipped with professional internal/external circulation pump system, the thermostatic liquid in the tank can be introduced to establish a second thermostatic field.
6. The cold liquid in the tank can be used to chill down the external experimental container, or the low temperature experiment can be carried out directly in the tank.
Principle
The device is controlled by a single-chip microprocessor and a self-tuning PID adjustment system, and the imported platinum resistor (Pt100) is used to accurately measure the temperature to achieve High Accuracy thermostatic control. The refrigeration system works through a fully enclosed Compressor and cooperates with an internal/external circulation pump to ensure uniform and stable temperature in the tank, and can be thermostatic or chilled down to external experimental vessels.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to an AC220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of thermostatic medium to the Tank.
3. Set the desired target temperature through the control panel.
4. Turn on the power switch, the equipment starts to work, and the Compressor and circulating pump start as needed.
5. If external circulation is required, after connecting the external pipeline, start the external circulation function.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Make sure to use an AC220V/50Hz power supply and ground it reliably.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated environment to ensure heat dissipation.
• Tank medium level should be kept within a reasonable range to avoid dry burning or overflow.
Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• When performing external circulation operations, make sure that the pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• If not in use for a long time, empty the tank and keep drying.
