Overview
SHYARONG YRDC-0510 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy thermostatic device controlled by a single-chip microprocessor, self-tuning PID adjustment and imported platinum resistance temperature measurement. It provides users with a thermostatic field source with high temperature control accuracy, small fluctuation and uniform temperature. It works stably and reliably, and is safe and convenient to operate. It is suitable for laboratory research in bioengineering, food, chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum and other fields.

Principle
The device is controlled by a single-chip microprocessor, using a self-tuning PID algorithm for temperature regulation. Imported Platinum Resistor (Pt100) Measuring temperature in real time and feeding the signal back to the Control system. The system realizes precise control of the liquid temperature in the Tank by controlling the Power output of the Compressor cooling and heating elements, forming a uniform and stable thermostatic field. Internal/external circulation pump system can promote uniform temperature in the tank or circulate the thermostatic medium to external devices.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smoothly ventilated place and connect it to an AC220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the control panel.
4. If external circulation is required, connect the external pipeline and turn on the circulation pump.
5. The equipment starts to work and can be used after reaching the set temperature and stabilizing.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• The equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop for use.
• The liquid level of the heat conducting medium added should be within a reasonable range to avoid too little or overflow.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is AC220V/50Hz and ensure good grounding.
• During operation, do not block the entry and exit trend of the equipment to ensure heat dissipation and cooling effect.
• When performing external circulation, make sure that the pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• When the equipment is not used for a long time, the liquid in the tank should be emptied and kept clean and drying.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning, wipe with a soft cloth, and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
