Overview
SHYARONG YRDC-4015 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy thermostatic device controlled by a single-chip microprocessor, self-tuning PID adjustment, and imported platinum resistance temperature measurement. It provides users with a uniform temperature and controlled thermostatic field source. It has the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy, small Fluctuation, high cooling efficiency, and low noise. It works stably and reliably, and is safe and convenient to operate.

Principle
The device is controlled by a single-chip microprocessor, adopts a self-tuning PID adjustment algorithm, and combines the imported platinum resistance (Pt100) for accurate temperature measurement. The system automatically adjusts the cooling or Heating power according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, and quickly unifies the liquid temperature in the Tank through the internal/external circulation pump, thus achieving High Accuracy and Low Volatility thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smoothly ventilated place and connect it to an AC220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (liquid) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature through the control panel.
4. If external circulation is required, connect the external pipeline and start the circulation pump.
5. The device starts to work, automatically adjusts the temperature, and can be used after reaching the set temperature and stabilizing.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Operating Environment is well ventilated.
• The heat transfer medium added must meet the requirements of the equipment, and the liquid level should not be too high or too low.
• When connecting to external circulation, make sure that the pipeline connection is firm and leak-free.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends, so as not to affect the heat dissipation.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning, wipe with a soft cloth, and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
• If the equipment is not used for a long time, drain the liquid in the Tank and keep it drying.
