Overview
HZAOC GDW-225A low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test. Stress screening test can also be carried out on electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, which has good sealing performance.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in special heating wire anti-frosting and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with a 50mm test hole with a silicone rubber plug, providing both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit and uses R404A refrigerant.
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor for accurate and stable control.
8. Control system with solid state relay zero trigger heating output, reduce noise and pollution.
9. Safety protection system with multiple, including phase loss, over temperature, overload, leakage and other protection, and with independent over temperature protector.
10. Control system is equipped with interlocking devices to improve the safety of equipment operation.
Principle
The test chamber realizes the temperature adjustment in the working room through the evaporator, electric heater and fan in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system adopts Compressor refrigeration, and the heating system adopts electric heater. The High Accuracy temperature controller controls the solid state relay through PID according to the feedback signal of the PT100 Sensor, and precisely controls the heating and cooling output to achieve the set high and low temperature environment. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return to ensure the uniform temperature in the box.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and there is nothing within 80 cm around) and connect the AC380V three-phase four-wire power supply.
2. Set the required temperature program, time and other parameters through the function buttons on the operation panel.
3. Put the test sample into the studio and close the box door to ensure sealing.
4. Start the equipment, and the circulating fan, refrigeration unit, and heating system will start working according to the set program.
5. During the test, the sample can be observed through the observation window, and test holes can be used if necessary.
6. After the test reaches the set time or conditions, the equipment stops running, and the sample is taken out after the temperature in the box approaches the Ambient Temperature.
Notice
• Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 28 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should be less than or equal to 28 ℃.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must use AC380V (+/- 10%)/50HZ three-phase four-wire power supply.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
Equipment with a variety of Safety protection, but the operation still need to pay attention to abnormal conditions, if the fault indicator light should be timely investigation.
• Check whether the sealing of the box door is good before the test.
• When operating at low temperature, do not open the box door frequently to prevent a large amount of air-conditioning leakage from affecting the test effect and equipment performance.
