Overview
HZAOC GDW-50B low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the liner is imported SUS304B stainless steel, the outer wall is sprayed with Cold rolled steel plate, and the thermal insulation layer is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material to ensure sealing.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in heating wire frost and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with a 50mm test hole with a silicone rubber plug, providing both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, and the key refrigeration components are original imported brands.
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy digital temperature controller, long-term operation does not drift, and has an independent over-temperature protector.
8. Safety protection measures include phase loss, phase sequence error, overtemperature, overload and leakage.
Principle
The test chamber realizes the temperature regulation in the working room through the evaporator, electric heater and fan system in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system uses Compressor refrigeration, and the heating system controls the electric heater through solid state relays. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the temperature signal is collected and fed back to the High Accuracy temperature controller. The temperature controller controls the output of the refrigeration and heating system through PID operation to realize precise control and circulation of temperature. The box adopts the air circulation mode of upper air supply and lower air return to ensure uniform temperature.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around the equipment).
2. Connect the AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Start the device through the function buttons on the operation panel, and set the required temperature program, time and other parameters.
4. Place the sample in the studio and close the box door.
5. Start the test and the equipment runs according to the set program.
6. After the test, remove the sample and turn off the power of the equipment.
Notice
• Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ° C and 28 ° C, with an average temperature of less than or equal to 28 ° C within 24 hours.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must ensure that the power supply is AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
• Safety protection is provided for the equipment, and the fault indicator light should be checked in time.
• The refrigeration system uses R404A refrigerant, and maintenance requires professional operation.
• When the test hole is not in use, please plug it with matching silicone rubber to maintain thermal insulation efficiency.
