HZAOC GDW-100B low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the liner is imported SUS304B stainless steel, the outer wall is sprayed Cold rolled steel plate, and the thermal insulation layer is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is sealed with double-decked silicone rubber, and the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass and equipped with frost-proof heating wire and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber plug, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heating system uses a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia and long service life. It can be controlled smoothly and reliably through solid-state relays.
5. The refrigeration system adopts the French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor, the core components are imported brands from many countries, using R404A refrigerant, and has a complete Safety protection system.
6. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor for accurate and stable control.
7. With independent over-temperature protector and multiple electrical Safety protection (such as phase loss, overvoltage, overload, leakage, etc.) to ensure the safety of equipment and samples.
8. Using the upper air supply and lower return air mode, the temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the Temperature uniformity is good.
Principle
The equipment establishes the required high or low temperature environment in the closed studio through the evaporator, electric heater and circulating fan in the air conditioning cabinet. The Control system precisely controls the on-off of the electric heater or the operation of the refrigeration Compressor according to the temperature signal fed back by the PT100 Sensor (the refrigeration capacity is adjusted by the shunt method) to realize the precise control and programmed change of the temperature in the box, and simulates the state of the product in the high and low temperature environment.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around), and connect the AC380V three-phase four-wire power supply.
2. Turn on the power supply through the operation panel on the upper left of the device, and start functions such as lighting as needed.
3. Set the required temperature program, time and other parameters on the High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller.
4. After confirming that the circulating fan is started normally, the equipment starts to operate, and the refrigeration or heating system operates according to the set program.
5. During the test, the sample status can be monitored through the observation window, and test holes can be used if necessary.
6. After the test reaches the set time or conditions, the equipment stops running. After the temperature in the box approaches the Ambient Temperature, open the door and take out the sample.
Notice
• Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 28 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should be less than or equal to 28 ℃.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must use AC380V (+/- 10%)/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
The equipment is equipped with an interlock device. If the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration and heating system will not be able to start.
• Please pay attention to the safety protection instructions when the equipment is running, and the fault alarm needs to be checked in time.
• Before opening the door to take samples, be sure to confirm that the temperature in the box is safe to avoid burns or frostbite.
