Overview
HZAOC GDW-225B low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, and there is a built-in special heating wire surrounding anti-frost and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole with silicone rubber low foam stopper, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, and uses R404A refrigerant, Miscellaneous key refrigeration components are imported brands.
6. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, accurate and stable control, long-term operation does not drift, and has independent over-temperature protector and multiple Safety protection measures.
7. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend.
Principle
The test chamber heats or cools the air in the working room through evaporators, electric heaters, fans and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The heating system outputs a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the meter, and controls the work of the porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater through a solid-state relay. The refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed Compressor for refrigeration, and adjusts the cooling capacity through the shunt method. The Control system precisely adjusts the temperature according to the feedback of the PT100 temperature measurement Sensor, and ensures the uniform temperature in the box through the upper air supply and lower air return mode.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and no matter within 80 cm around).
2. Connect AC380V +/- 10%/50HZ three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Start the device through the function button on the operation panel, and set the required temperature program and Timer Range (0~ 999h).
4. Put the sample into the studio, close the box door, and ensure good sealing.
5. Start the test, the equipment will carry out high and low temperature cycle or gradual change test according to the set procedure.
6. After the test, remove the sample and turn off the power of the equipment.
Notice
* Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃~ + 28 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should be less than or equal to 28 ℃.
* Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
* Must use AC380V +/- 10%/50HZ three-phase four-wire power supply.
* The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
* No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the machine.
* Equipment with a variety of Safety protection, such as failure indicator alarm, should be stopped for inspection.
The refrigeration system uses R404A refrigerant, and maintenance requires professional operation.
* Regularly check the integrity of door sealing strips, observation windows and test hole stoppers.
