HZAOC GDW-250B low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, which has good sealing performance.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in special heating wire anti-frosting and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber stopper, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit and uses R404A refrigerant. Miscellaneous core refrigeration components are internationally renowned brands.
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, accurate and stable control, long-term operation does not drift.
8. Safety protection system includes over-temperature protector, phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, fan overload protection and high voltage protection.
9. Control system is equipped with an independent over-temperature protector, which can reliably protect the safety of equipment when the main controller fails.
10. Control system is equipped with interlocking devices to ensure the safe operation of equipment.
Principle
The test chamber is heated or cooled by the evaporator, electric heater, fan and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet under the precise regulation of the Control system (High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Temperature Sensor). The heating is realized by the porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater controlled by the solid state relay, and the cooling is completed by the system composed of the French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor and international brand refrigeration components. Through the circulation mode of upper air supply and lower air return, the temperature in the box is guaranteed to be uniform, so as to realize the simulation of high and low temperature environment.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and no matter within 80 cm around).
2. Connect the power supply that meets the requirements (AC380V +/- 10%/50HZ three-phase four-wire system).
3. Start the device through the buttons on the operation panel, and set the required temperature parameters and timing time.
4. Place the sample to be tested in the studio and close the box door.
5. Start the test program, and the equipment will run automatically, reaching the set conditions and maintaining it.
6. After the test is completed, the equipment is stopped according to the program or manually, and the sample is taken out.
Notice
* Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 28 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should be less than or equal to 28 ℃.
* Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
* Must use AC380V +/- 10%/50HZ three-phase four-wire power supply.
* The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
* No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment.
* Safety protection functions should be confirmed before operation.
Do not open the door frequently while the device is running.
