Principle
The equipment adjusts the temperature in the working room through the evaporator (refrigeration) and electric heater (heating) in the air conditioning cabinet, and the circulating fan promotes the air circulation to achieve uniform temperature. The Control system detects the trend temperature through the temperature sensor (PT100), and uses the High Accuracy temperature controller and solid state relay to PID adjust the operation of the refrigeration unit and heater, so as to achieve accurate temperature control and rapid temperature change.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around).
2. Connect the AC380V (+/- 10%) three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Start the device through the button on the operation panel, and start the circulating fan first.
4. Set the required test temperature, time, and other parameters on the temperature controller.
5. Place the sample in the studio and close the box door.
6. Start the test program and the equipment starts running.
7. During the test, the conditions in the box can be observed through the observation window.
8. After the test, remove the sample and turn off the power of the equipment.
Notice
* The operating environment should be below 28 ° C and well ventilated.
* Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
* The power requirements are AC380V (+/- 10%)/50Hz three-phase four-wire system.
When starting, it is necessary to ensure that the circulating fan starts normally before the cooling and heating systems can work.
* The equipment is equipped with an independent over-temperature protector, but it is still necessary to check the various Safety protection functions regularly.
* When using the test hole, attention should be paid to the sealing and insulation of the stopper.
