QIWEI XW-18D + vortex mixer is an efficient and multi-functional laboratory mixing equipment, mainly used for solvent mixing, liquid-liquid extraction, settling protein, Chinese herbal medicine extraction, pesticide residue extraction, cell particle resuspension, plasmid extraction and other experiments. Principle
The swirl mixer generates high-speed swirl motion through a motor-driven rubber swirl/spin head. When the user gently presses a vessel such as a testtube containing samples on the swirl/spin head, the high-speed swirl/spin of the swirl/spin head drives the liquid or solid powder in the vessel to produce a strong swirl, thus achieving fast and uniform mixing. The process does not require internal stirring parts and relies entirely on external mechanical motion to transfer energy.

Steps
1. Place the vortex mixer on a smooth working interface, turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz), and turn on the power switch.
2. Press the testtube that needs to be mixed upright and gently on the rubber swirl/spin head. The instrument can be used to mix liquid media, point mode for oscillation of a single testtube, continuous mode for oscillation of a single or multiple testtubes.
3. When using the module to work, in order to maintain the equilibrate and avoid large vibration, all the test bottles should be evenly distributed when bottling, and the solution of each bottle should be roughly equal. If the number of bottles is insufficient, the test bottles can be placed symmetrically or filled with other test bottles of the same amount of solution.
4. After the experiment, turn off the switch and cut off the power supply to ensure safety.

• Please place the instrument on a smooth working interface to operate.
• When operating, please stand upright with your hands and press the testtube lightly to ensure that the contact is stable.
• When mixing multiple samples using the module, ensure that the vials are evenly distributed and the solution volume is approximately equal to maintain equilibrate and reduce vibration.
• After the experiment, be sure to turn off the switch and cut off the power.
• Please use under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5-40 ℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 85%.
